Well, I guess technically we don't need meds but we do need medical appointments. Unlike our trip to China, we are responsible for making her medical appointments while in India. We need to make two appointments two days apart. The problem is, we can't seem to make it happen. We have called them by phone, told them what was needed, were completely not understood, and assured we would get a call back to schedule the appointment. We still have not gotten a call. We have found an email address and tried to schedule that way. All we got back was two automated responses. We are hoping that we will learn something very very soon, perhaps even with phone call while we sleep tonight.
We also had a very difficult time making our in-country flight reservations. The website we were given would not accept our credit card. It also would not accept my in-laws card. Finally, my father-in-law called the credit card company and had a person sitting watching while he tried to complete the transaction. At a particular point in the transaction, the agent had to do something special to give a higher clearance to allow the charge to go through. Cool and creepy all at the same time. Anyway, those flights have been arranged as well.
Now if we could just get those meds!
